Ever wonder what lies on the other side of the rainbow? Or perhaps even those mysterious lain clouds in the far distance? Sometimes our imaginations can run wild and amok with fantasies and mystical creatures... and even while we know they don't exist, we desperately and secretly wish they do in the depths of our heart.

She glares, but it's unknown if the stare is one of malice or regret, or maybe even longing. It's up to you to decide and to fill the empty spaces with your own misconceptions. It cannot be dictated to you the imagination you create.

I love the colours too. Y'know, chosing the colours was one of the hardest tasks for me, i didn't want it to be too repetative or for the colours to drown the image. It's nice to see someone who thinks i did a good job on it :hug:

Hehe, funny you should mention the expression. I'm not exactly sure what the expression is, is it good or bad? angry or deep? :shrug: All i know is i loved drawing it, although it took me awhile between breaks to go back to it... I was always afraid i would screw it up :lol:

The wings are light and feathery looking, I love them too :D

Should I run away or walk towards her?

She is so enticing! She has the classic stereotypical signs of an evil mythical creature (horns, wings having a slight showing of red) yet I can't help but think that if I saw her I might just walk cautiously towards her.

Her posture is what really makes me feel that way. You've done some great anatomy work on her. The wings make her stand out so much though. Her hair flows so well and I love the colours used throughout. They're so contradicting. The smoke/clouds/magical stuff around her makes her look so foreboding too.

I'm so proud of you Nikki!

This is awesome Nikki, the details are so amazing.
You have captured her body perfectly and the wings are just stunning.
